I decided to go as my Gaiaonline avatar for Anime North 2004.
I'm open to trying to make pretty much anything to go with your costume... as long as it's not weapons, armor or a wig. Most things that can be made with fabric are do-able for me.
Pricing depends on the complexity of the item and the materials needed to make it.
